To change any of your e-mail settings, go to Settings in the dropdown under your username and choose Email Settings, or you can click this link: http://inmotion.cdphp.com/account/contact. On this page you can change your e-mail preferences or opt out of receiving our e-mails altogether.
We're sorry to see you go but if you'd like to no longer be part of MapMyFitness, go to your Account Settings at this link: http://inmotion.cdphp.com/account/settings. You can choose "Deactivate" at the bottom of the page. Remember, we will not save your workout and course information so you will not be able to access it after deactivating your account.

First and foremost, you have to "own" a Course to be able to delete it. To be a Course owner, you have to create the Course. On the Courses page, toggle the "Show" button to "Courses I've Created". From there, to delete a Course, click "View" and you can choose Delete Course.

Currently, the only part of a Course you can edit is the Name. Again on the Courses I've Created list, click on the Course name and you'll be able to type new text.

If you've recorded a workout using a mobile application or you've mapped a route using the online mapping tools, you can revisit the map to edit or delete it at any time. To do this, click My Maps in the home navigation or go to this link: http://inmotion.cdphp.com/routes/my_routes/. For any of the maps on this screen, you can click "Options" toward the far right. A menu allowing you to copy, edit or delete the map will appear.
Currently, you cannot change the start date of a Training Plan you are enrolled in.
Sorry about that! Here are a few steps to help fix the issue:
  1. Delete the app from your phone entirely.
  2. Reinstall a fresh version from iTunes (you will NOT be charged again if you have the paid version)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Ensure wifi is turned off completely.
  5. Reset Location Warnings. Sometimes your iPhone gets into a state where it thinks you have denied MapMy app access to GPS. To remedy this, now go to your iPhone Settings (not MapMy settings) and go to General, then Reset, then Reset Location Warnings.
